Day 2 with Ning and her dad

Aaaaa.....Morning world!!

It's 8am...is time to wake up!!

Gonna have a fun and wonderful day again...

Ning and I got ready ourselves and we headed to Leicester Square at 9.30am to meet up with her dad...but unfortunately we cant have breakfast with him cz he need to do something before he came...

So, we both decided to eat something to warm ourselves....

We went to this small chinese coffee shop aka Cha Chan Teng to have our breakfast...we've ordered Wan Tan Mee, Fried Spring Chicken, Honey Lemon Tea, Chinese Tea and Lemon Tea....we both was talking and flipping the newspaper at the same time...telling each other about the content of the newspaper that we both reading...

We had our breakfast and a-ha..her dad appeared in front of us...haha...so...we start our journey again...by walking....!

We walked from Leicester Square to Regent Street..then to Street nearby...

Her dad is really good in directions...he brought us to Abercrombie & Fitch....he told us that this place....all sales girl and guy are Models....

So of cz the both of us very excited...never know that this place are sooo...u know...wow...

We walked in and we saw a guy model standing in front of the door....topless..showing his HOT body, a girl model asked us to take a pic with him..its FREE...she will give us a copy too...OMG...HE IS HOT and SHE IS HOT TOO...EVERY SALES GAL AND GUY IS SUPER HOT..they are all models...omg...

Cant believe this..hahha...i bought a shirt from Abercrombie and then we headed to another place....we walked along Regent street...then we walked into Swarovski...ning wanted to get something for her aunt..I bought a small pacifier for myself...is collectible item...but i think i can make it to be my pendant too..hehe...

It's lunch time!!!!

We went to a place which is famous for their noodle or chinese food...is not the typical chinese restaurant...is something like Wagamama...

We had lunch there and then we went to the famous shopping paradise of London...

OXFORD STREET....

We walked and walked...so crowded..even though it's a Monday...doesn't seem to be having some economic problem or recession...everybody still spend and spend and spend...hahah

We didn't buy anything much from there...is more on the window shopping and taking pics...hehhe

But, we all bought food..haha....necessity..no choice...I bought beard papa cream puff for myself...and Ning bought too....then we walked back to Leicester Square again...before going for dinner...we stopped by at a bread stall to buy some food...her dad bought me banana cake and kaya puff...her dad is seriously very generous and treated me very well....I told them i will pay and let me pay...all they said is.. :" wait until u become the lawyer then you treat us....!"....sigh...mean I cant pay until I am officially a qualified lawyer...

Well..i thanked them many times becz I can tell you guys that my food and beverages for the whole day is free....either treated by Ning or her dad...

For dinner, Ning brought us to Abeno, a japanese restaurant...she told me is the original teppanyaki....we had our dinner there....

I can tell u..I am seriously full becz we ate 3 meals a day and all the food we had is all nice food and if no one bring us or recommend...I dun think I know or will go there...

After dinner, we all headed back to our own place....Her dad go back to O2, Ning to Portsmouth and me, Hendon Central....

We all had a wonderful day...we enjoyed eating, talking, taking pics and walking...

Ji Mui, Ban Ning is in town...

On Sunday, Ban Ning came to central london for 2 days because she is having a week off from work..

Since she knew that I have came to London again..she decided to come over to London town and spend some time with me...

Is it she sweet..?..heheh..yeah..she IS...

So, on sunday morning...I woke up at 8am to get ready to meet her at 10.30am at leicester square, where this place is famously known as China Town...

I went up to the wrong platform of the tube and I got down from the next station and take another one again to the corrent way...this is mistake number 1...

Then, I should jump off at Euston station but I thought my tube can go straight to Leicester Square but who knows...I got the wrong direction or train again...damn!! Mistake no. 2...

I was a bit panic becz it was sunday and some tubes line are not open...and I was worried that Ning will need to wait for me becz I am not punctual...argh...

Well...at 10.45am..i reached China town and I've waited her for about 20 mins..I started to get panic again becz I cant get thru her phone and I worry something happen to her or wat...

Suddenly my phone rang...she called me...!! Phew....she told me she already in china town but her phone ran out of battery , that's why....

So we both walked to the meeting point and we finally saw each other...we hugged and omg..that feeling was great...is like we miss each other so much and that feeling is indescribable...

We went to this chinese restaurant in china town for Dim Sum and of cz we update each other and chatted a lot...NON STOP EATING AND CHATTING...hahah...

Later on, we went to London Eye area becz we decided to go London Aquarium, since the both of us never been there before...But, we saw something and heard something happening...!!

The area beside London eye, was having a bazaar...very happening and a lot of people too...Its SUnday Bazaar!! there's concert and stalls too...

So, we both explored that place before heading to Aquarium...we took some pics and we both gave ourselves a handmad Henna decoration on our hands by some arabian or indian people...Ning got a temporary tattoo on her wrist too..haha....

Then, we both head to Aquarium..we spent about 1 hour plus there..it was wonderful and spectacular..those fish that we never seen before...almost all were there..

Later on, its time for dinner...we took a cruise and head to O2 arena, where her uncle's buffet restaurant is there....2nd branch...called Water Margin...Ning's dad was there too....so we had our dinner there....so full and nice dinner we had....

After that, we head back to my place via tube to Hendon Central....where my temporary hostel is located..

Came back and rest awhile...then we went to nearby bar to have a drink...She had her corona and I had my Guiness...hehe...we both started to chat again and drink...heheh

Well...is about 11.30pm...is time to head back to our room and get a good rest becz the next day, we gonna meet up with Ning's dad at Leicester Square again for a day trip...

Journey to the West - Episode 4

11-9-09

Woke up at 8am and get ready to move out from Simon and Rach place to the youth hostel in Hendon, London Backpackers Hostel.

Simon said I better take a taxi there instead of taking the tube becz i got so many heavy luggage with me...so he called the taxi for me...

The journey from his place to hostel was about 1 hour and the taxi was so high class....u know why..? Because the taxi service that Simon called was onli for the business ppl and companies...Simon used his company account to call the taxi...I dun need topay single cent at all...See...they really generous and treated me so well...

20 mins later, the taxi arrive his place and i was looking around for the taxi...until the driver asked me R U going to Hendon? Then I realised that was the taxi...

The taxi car was Toyota Prius and the driver wore formal attire....So ...wow...like i am the boss and he is the chauffeur...hahhah

So, we both were chatting in the car and 45 mins later, I reached London Backpackers Hostel.

I am not allow to check in until 1pm, but the receptionist saw me with my luggage, he allowed me to check in at 10am...hehe...so i got my bed and start to online and rest...

I've been in the hostel for 2 days including now, 12-9-09....dun feel like going out cz 1stly, is lazy, far and dun have the mood to go out becz i need to take care of my luggage...

So, I 've been spending time in the hostel by watching drama, skype, sleep and online..

Journey to the West - Episode 3

10-9-09, is the 2nd day I arrived London...

I had a rather good sleep becz in the middle of the nite..my whole body was shivering like mad....mum told me most probably becz I overused my muscle and strenght on the 1st by carrying all the heavy luggage...that's y it happens...

Well..alright...luckily i got back to sleep after a while...

Woke up around 9 something in the morning...freshen up myself and then get ready to do my stuff such as pay my tuition fees, apply for bank account or activate my bank account, active my oyster card (the underground card), get a uk number and also explore around in London...

1stly, start from walking out the house to the nearest tube, it took me to walk about 15 mins to the station.

From Clapham Common, the Northern line change to Central line in Bank and then from Bank go to Mile End to pay tuition fees.

Then, from Mile End, go to Bayswater to explore around...then from there, go to Holborn to look out for my campus as well as activate my bank account....

From Holborn, go to the busiest and most crowded and happening place in london, Oxford Street...shopping, shopping, shopping..hahha

i went there to get my new uk number, try to apply for another bank account and then of cz...shop awhile..haha...

I bought myself a set of Hellp Kitty pyjamas and a Lee Stratford hair brush...thats it...

Then from Holborn, i take the underground to Totenham Court Road to change back to Northern line to Clapham common...

Reached back around 4pm and skyped with bf for awhile....

Watched drama and showered...wait for Simon and Rachel to come back from work...

Around 7.30pm, Rachel came back by bringing me bad news...her handbag got stolen while meeting up with the sister in a cafe...damn scary....

She was stressed out and she made a lot of calls to cancel this and that...pooor Rachel...I helped her as well with the things and then Simon came back from work too...

He went out and bought dinner back for us...well..I bought a bottle of wine for them...at least I can cheer her up a bit...We ate and chatted too...

They helped me to look out for youth hostel cz they need to go outstation on the weekend so I cant stay at their place...they are very friendly and helpful...they took care of me very well and i m very grateful to have them while I am alone in London...

Simon paid for my hostell deposit and they said I must find them the coming week and have dinner with them again...hehe...so nice and sweet of them..

Journey to the West - Episode 2

Carrying all the heavy luggages from Heathrow...

Rachel directed me the way to meet her...

Whereby i need to take a tube from Heathrow, the Piccadilly Line to Knightsbridge and meet her at Harvey Nichols store...

So I just followed the direction she given me and I can tell you guys.....

IS FREAKING TIRED CARRYING ALL THE LUGGAGES AND WALKED UP STAIRCASE ALL BY MYSELF....

Luckily I met a girl called Victoria, Malaysia chinese girl who studied in UK and now working in UK...we chatted and she taught me how to travel in London via underground services...

Finally I reached Knightsbridge in 20-30 mins time and I looked at the staircase...wondering how to pull all these luggage up...

Hmm...start from the hand luggage...then here the big one....but luckily a british guy saw me having some problem with it...he helped me carry my luggage up..so I just need to pull the luggage bag...

I already has troble pulling both hand and big luggages...i really dunno how to carry up the stairs man...but I am very happy that people actually helped me...maybe they saw me that I am a small size gal...sympathize me...hahha...is a good thing though..

Walk all the way to the exit and asked them which exit to Harvey Nichols...The guard said...oh..is another exit...u turned to the the wrong side of the tube...

WAT THE ****.....DAMN!!...

Hungry, Thirsty, tired, sleepy, exhausted and etc....sigh....pull all the luggage again to another exit...

Finally....i reached the main entrance of harvey nichols...

Very thirsty and I asked the guard whether where can I get water here...he said i have to go into Harvey Nichols to get it...I said I cant cz my luggage is too heavy to move in ...

Well..I am waiting for Rachel to come and meet up with me..she just finished work, so I need to wait for 30 mins for her to come...So, I've waited and stand in front of the store for roughly 30 mins...

The guard came back and asked whether want him to buy me a bottle of water...oh..thank God...he came back with the water and receipt....

He ease my thirst...thank u! Here's Rachel...she came and later on..we both took a taxi and go back to her place...

We both started to chat....la la la...

Reached her place and her flat was WONDERFUL...I LOVE IT...fell in love with her place on 1st sight...

She showed me the wonderful place of her house which is the scenery...from the window, we can see from far the London Eye, Big Ben and Westmister....

Love it...

We chat again and we gave ourselves a warm shower to relax our body and mind...finally I can have proper rest and sleep for the 1st day in London.

On the Flight

On the flight, sitting down and make sure my hand luggage and laptop bag is nicely placed on the cabinet...

Sat down and I felt a little bit drowsy and sleepy...eye was dry and mind was tiring...

Chatted with the old loving indian couple next to me for awhile...

The flight attendant start serving food and beverages...

I had my beef steak with black pepper sauce as lunch and I just dont have the appetite to finish it...I just took some and I cant eat anymore..otherwise I will throw all out...

Watched a movie, Mr. Incredible....I cant stand anymore..I need to sleep...I need to rest..

When I woked up, I saw the screen in front of me showing the estimate time of arriving London as well as the journey...sigh...still have 10 more hours to go...

I just feel sleepy and uncomfortable...maybe is the seat and also the long journey that made my body aching everywhere and my eyes was super dry....

Eat and sleep the whole journey....watched another movie called Angels and Demons....sleep again and finally...about an hour to go then we reach the destination...

Yeah..finally reached London, Heathrow at 3.32pm (UK time) which is 10.32pm (Msia time)....took my laptop bag, hand carry, one plastic bag and my handbag...

Walk to the UK immigration counter for arrival to UK and start calling my bro ex-boss, Simon and the wifem, Rachel for directions to go to their place to stay for 2 nites....

After 20 mins queue, I walked to collect my big and heavy luggage which weight 30kg...

I got 5 bags with me, luggage - 30kg, hand luggage -7kg, laptop bag- 5kg, plastic bag- 3kg, handbag- 3kg. All = 48kg...omg...heavier than myself...

This is how heavy and how many luggage I need to carry ALL BY MYSELF from Heathrow....

My Journey to the West - Episode 1

On 9-9-09, Wednesday, 5.30am...

I woke up at 5.30am to prepare myself to the airport...

I couldn't sleep at nite...

My heart and mind seems to be very confusing...

One said is happy to go...

Another one said it is not because is very hard to leave my loved ones here...

My mind keep bothering me with all the nonsense things such as what if I cant check in, wat if something wrong to the flight, what if this and what if that...

Thats the reason why I cant fall asleep that nite....plus my mum's was not in good condition...makes me even harder to leave her...

The nite before I go, we had a family dinner...SEAFOOD dinner...I cant eat seafood due to allergy problem...but i wan to have it before I go..haha...

Well....go back to the day I fly off...

So, woke up and prepare myself to go to airport...

Reached there about 7am, just nice for check in and my luggage was about 29.7kg, luckily my luggage was not overweight, otherwise i have to pay RM178 PER KILO....damn expensive rite....

After checking in and took my boarding pass, bro, mum and I went to have our breakfast at McD, at the same time waiting for Bf, Clare, Imran and Wai Yik to come and send me off..

About 8.30am, they reached and joined us for breakfast....Clare missed the shoot just for Me....THANKS BABE!! SUpposingly she need to go for a shoot in the morning and later in the afternoon head to langkawi, but since she din go for the morning shoot, so she cant go to the langkawi shoot as well...Sorry babe ....but really appreciate it...lurve u!!

At 9.15am, is time for me to say goodbye to everybody...I need to depart at 10.05am to Heathrow, London...

We took some pics before I went off....Mum cried...Clare trying to hold back the tears but I think her eyes was teary...Zac and I was holding back our tears...not to cry cz otherwise it will make the situation worse..hahha....
