I can surely say that everybody faces stress everyday...
During our work, studies, bla bla bla..
How we gonna handle our stress?
By taking small breaks or time out is definately beneficial to us while handling stress..
A break a day is help to boost up our energy level or focusing...
Even studies, we have to take a break for 5-10 mins in order to help us memorise or focus better...
Work, we need to take some tea time in order to kill our tiredness or sleepiness...
Well...why not take a break when you feel tired, out of focus, sleepy and stress...
Let's have a tea now...!
