Morning:
1 glass of milo with nestum
Lunch:
2 pieces of Mcvities
1 cheese stick
6 grapes
3 strawberries
1 apple
Dinner:
Yogurt
Fruits
P/s: keep drinking fruit juice and water only. When we feel like having tid-bits, eat PRUNES...from Sunsweet...and EXERCISE!
