Diet Plan
I am starting my diet plan tis week....
I drink soya bean, fruit juices, eat salad and of cz need to do some exercise as well..
My target weight is 40-42kg...
I think i need to lose about 3-4 kg....
I hope i have the determination to continue dieting...i dun wan to give up!
